Racheli, a young Orthodox woman, is leaving her house towards the Mikveh for her monthly purity immersion (Tvilah). In this stressful evening, she experiences a series of ever-increasing, unbearable insults from those around her, but she has to immerse herself for her husband. After the Tvilah, she finds a small opportunity for a rescue, and might decide to hide.
